Delivery Information

Our suppliers offer carriage paid terms to UK customers (with some exceptions), i.e. no post and packing charges, on all orders over a set figure*. Orders below these levels incur post and packing charges, which are clearly stated at the time of order. If you are going to incur any post and packing charges these are shown in the checkout and the final order confirmation pages.

Please note that the free delivery threshold is the net total before VAT and any delivery charges have been applied, NOT the final total for each supplier.

*Please note that your overall order total does not earn free delivery it is the order total with each supplier and you will need to check each suppliers terms and conditions to see their threshold level.
