Mounts & Folders
Photo mounts are available in a variety of styles from a simple slip-in photo mount, through to cut corner photo mounts, bevel cut photo mounts and strut photo mounts.
There are two styles of photo mounts, folders where a cover is used to protect the photograph that folds out to help form a stand for the photomount to sit on a desk.
Secondly there are strut style photo mounts and these have a strut attached to the back of the photo mount which can be used to stand the photo mount up as either a portrait or landscape photo frame.
Different photo mounts use different types of board and construction and as a rule the cheaper the price of a product the thinner the board will be. All are suitable for use but the heavier the board the more rigid the photo mount will be and these also trend to hold blocking and personailsation better, should you wish to have your name or that of an event on the front.
